Intensive Polish course – 3 weeks with the language
Important information about your Polish language course:
Our Polish language school for foreigners is located in the very center of Kraków, at 2/3 Michałowskiego Street. We will meet at the school every day for three weeks, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (4 Polish lessons with a 15-minute break for coffee, casual conversations in Polish, and student interaction).
Classes are led by two or three instructors, allowing you to experience different teaching styles and ways of speaking. This makes Polish lessons more varied, dynamic, and simply more interesting. During the course, we use the textbook Hurra! Po polsku, tailored to your language level. You can purchase it at a bookstore or directly from us before the course begins.
If you have already studied Polish before, we will ask you to complete a placement test and a short conversation so that we can assign you to the group that matches your level.
The intensive Polish course lasts three weeks, but you don’t have to attend the entire course—you can join for just one or two weeks if that suits your schedule. In such cases, the price will be adjusted according to the length of your participation.

Polish in 3 weeks – intensive, practical, effective
What makes our intensive Polish course stand out?
- Each lesson = practice
From the very first day of the course, you learn to use Polish in everyday situations – starting with simple sentences. Each lesson is an opportunity to ask questions, engage in dialogues, and practice newly learned phrases in real-life contexts. Grammar also has its important place – we teach it step by step, always in relation to real-life situations, and in a way that allows you to use it immediately in conversation.
- Regular reviews
We start each Polish lesson by reviewing the material from previous days. This way, new words and structures are remembered more quickly, and you can more easily notice your progress. It’s also a great opportunity to consolidate what you have already learned and begin the lesson with greater confidence.
- Friday Conversations
Every Friday, one lesson is dedicated to free conversation. It’s the perfect opportunity to practice newly learned words and structures in real, natural conversations. Perfection doesn’t matter – what counts is gaining confidence and realizing that Polish really “works” in everyday use.
- Coffee break and socializing
The break is our little ritual – 15 minutes for coffee, tea, and a small snack, but most importantly for conversations and exchanging experiences with other course participants. We speak in different languages, laugh, and make plans for an afternoon lunch. . It’s a great moment to feel the Varia course atmosphere and simply spend time in a relaxed way.
- Lessons beyond the classroom
Some lessons can take place outside the school – at the market, in a museum, or in a restaurant. This way, you use new vocabulary immediately in real-life situations, practice phrases in conversations, and observe how Poles use the language every day. It’s also a great opportunity to feel the rhythm of life in Krakow and, at the same time, get to know the local culture better.
Polish… in Polish
And how does it work in practice?
In our classes, Polish is the number one language. From the very first lesson, we encourage you to use Polish in practice – from simple sentences to increasingly complex dialogues. This way, you immediately learn to recognize and understand the language as it really sounds in everyday situations, which helps you gain confidence and fluency in conversation more quickly.
We teach Polish in Polish, but we don’t leave you on your own – if something is difficult to understand, we always explain it in simple words, sometimes using gestures, illustrations, and, if necessary, also English. This way, you quickly connect theory with practice, learn new expressions more easily, and start using them in a natural context. This approach works well both in everyday conversations and in more formal situations. At the same time, it allows you to gradually get accustomed to Polish and gain confidence in using it.
The final step of the course – a final test and a Polish language certificate.
See how much you can already do in Polish!
At the end of the intensive Polish language course, we conduct a short Polish language test—both oral and written. This is not a graded exam, but an opportunity to see how much you already know and how comfortably you can use Polish in practice. It will help you better recognize your strengths, see what is still worth practicing, and at the same time feel satisfaction with your own progress. Nothing will surprise you—everything that appears on the test will have been thoroughly practiced together beforehand.
