Individual course By-laws

  1. To enroll in an individual course, you must complete the registration form (online at www.kurspolskiego.pl or at the School’s office) and pay for the first lesson or purchase a discount package.
  2. Varia reserves the right to record lessons for educational purposes. The recordings will be used only for the school’s purposes without sharing or distributing them to third parties.
  3. Individual course students are allowed to participate in additional activities organized by Varia for all students, e.g. workshops, integration parties.

RESIGNATION AND FEES

  1. Students attending individual lessons have the option to cancel or reschedule their scheduled lesson. This information should be provided by email or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, during office hours Monday through Friday, to info@kurspolskiego.pl or +48 664 092 374. Cancellations or rescheduling must be confirmed by the School Office or the Teacher. In case of a teacher’s absence, Varia will provide a substitute (approved by the student) or reschedule the class for the time and date convenient to the student.
  2. A student may refuse to continue classes without providing a reason, and if payments are made after the lessons, the student will only be charged for the lessons already attended.

  4. If the student is using a pre-paid lesson package (applicable to discounted packages), the amount paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of further lessons. The student has the right to change the teacher or the format of the lessons (online, at school) as well as to change the lesson schedules.
  5. Each scheduled lesson must be paid for 24 hours in advance. Unpaid lessons are considered canceled.
  6. Each purchased discount package must be paid for in full in a single payment before the first lesson included in that package begins.

Student’s lateness

In case of the student’s lateness, the teacher is required to wait for them for 15 minutes, unless the student notifies the teacher of a longer delay. The lesson time will not be extended.
