We collaborate with the Małopolska Tourist Organization and the City of Kraków. Together, we promote our region and the Polish language at international tourism fairs and trade shows. We also give international journalists an insider’s view of Kraków by co-organizing exclusive press trips. In short, we help ensure that Kraków is recognized around the world as an open, modern city with a vibrant cultural scene.

At Varia, we believe that language comes to life in the streets, cafés, and human connections—not just in textbooks. This philosophy of immersive language learning has earned the recognition of diplomatic institutions around the world. We regularly collaborate with Polish Institutes in cities such as Berlin, Vienna, Rome, and Prague. As a result, international students, diplomats, and professionals often hear about us before they even pack their bags. Once they arrive, it’s much easier for them to settle in and become part of Kraków’s social life.

We know very well that relocating to Kraków is about much more than packing your bags and learning a few basic Polish phrases. It’s above all about countless questions on how to navigate everyday life here. That’s why we closely cooperate with leading relocation companies. Together, we help expats and their families settle into their new environment: advising them on how to smoothly handle residence legalization in Poland and making sure that the first steps in their new reality are completely stress-free.

We don’t operate in isolation. We are constantly in dialogue, learning from others, and exchanging experiences with language schools abroad and international cultural institutions. We also cooperate with international schools in Kraków and universities. Thanks to this, we continuously refresh our teaching methods and ensure that our Polish courses remain engaging, dynamic, and effective—without boredom or academic pretentiousness.

We deeply care about the people who make up our community, which is why we are actively involved in local initiatives. We offer Polish language courses tailored to specific needs—working with international expat organizations, supporting repatriates and young members of the Polish diaspora in cooperation with humanitarian organizations. We also support Erasmus students, equipping them with essential everyday phrases and sharing practical tips on how to navigate and settle into life in Kraków with ease and confidence.
