Individual course By-laws

  1. To enroll in a private course, you must fill out the registration form and submit it (the online form is available at www.kurspolskiego.pl or at the school’s office) and pay for the first lesson or purchase a discount package.

  2. The School reserves the right to record the image, the voices, and statements of Students, as well as to take photographs, make audio and video recordings, and create other materials documenting classes, events, and activities organized by the School, both on School premises and off-site. These materials may be used by the School for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes, in particular through publication on the School’s website, on the School’s social media, and through other channels of communication and promotion of the School’s activities. The School may use the above materials to showcase its educational activities, document the courses it offers, and create teaching materials. The School undertakes to use the materials while respecting the rights and personal interests of the Students and in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

  3. Individual course students are allowed to participate in additional activities organized by Varia for all students, e.g. workshops, integration parties.

RESIGNATION AND FEES

  1. Students attending individual lessons have the option to cancel or reschedule their scheduled lesson. This information should be provided by email or phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, during office hours Monday through Friday, to info@kurspolskiego.pl or +48 664 092 374. Cancellations or rescheduling must be confirmed by the School Office or the Teacher. In case of a teacher’s absence, Varia will provide a substitute (approved by the student) or reschedule the class for the time and date convenient to the student.
  2. A student may refuse to continue classes without providing a reason, and if payments are made after the lessons, the student will only be charged for the lessons already attended.

  4. If the student is using a pre-paid lesson package (applicable to discounted packages), the amount paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of further lessons. The student has the right to change the teacher or the format of the lessons (online, at school) as well as to change the lesson schedules.
  5. Each scheduled lesson must be paid for 24 hours in advance. Unpaid lessons are considered canceled.
  6. Each purchased discount package must be paid for in full in a single payment before the first lesson included in that package begins.
  7. A 10-lesson package must be used in its entirety within 3 months, and a 20-lesson package within 4 months, starting from the date the payment for the package was made. After the specified period expires, any unused lessons are forfeited. Fees for unused lessons are non-refundable.

Student’s lateness

  1. In case of the student’s lateness, the teacher is required to wait for them for 15 minutes, unless the student notifies the teacher of a longer delay. The lesson time will not be extended.
