Regulations for the certification exam course (course + exam)
§ 1 BASIC ORGANIZATIONAL RULES – COURSE + EXAM REGISTRATION
- Registration for the Course + Exam takes place after completing the registration form (online or at the School’s office) and paying the fee for the Course + Exam. Making the payment and receiving its confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Regulations, which form an integral part of the Agreement concluded with each Student.
- Registration for the Course + Exam means selecting a specific course date and the assigned exam date. It is not possible to change the exam date or transfer the payment to another course or exam date.
- Students participating in the course should have at least A2.3 level of Polish. In case of doubts regarding language level, the School allows an oral test with a Teacher. The Student is required to schedule the test via the provided link.
- On the website www.kurspolskiego.pl, the School provides a free placement test. The test result may help assess the Student’s level, but it does not replace the oral test.
- Only persons who are at least 18 years old may participate in the Course + Exam.
§ 2 LESSONS UNDER THE COURSE + EXAM OFFER
- The number of Students in a group vary from 5 to 14.
- If a group is not formed due to insufficient number of applicants, the paid amount will be refunded or the School will propose another course date to the Student.
- Registration for the Course + Exam is not possible after classes have started.
- The School reserves the right to change the Teacher during the Course + Exam for important organizational reasons.
- The Student is obliged not to disrupt the course of classes, in particular not to use a mobile phone or other devices in a way that interferes with the group’s work, and to behave in accordance with social norms.
- Students are not reimbursed for their absences.
- In case of a Teacher’s absence, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the School will provide a substitute or reschedule classes to a date convenient for all Participants.
- The School reserves the right to record classes for educational purposes. Recordings will be used exclusively for the School’s needs and will not be shared with third parties.
- In case of any suggestions or concerns, please contact your Teacher, the Office, or the Management.
§ 3 CERTIFICATION EXAM IN POLISH LANGUAGE UNDER THE COURSE + EXAM OFFER
- The Student is obliged to register for the exam, which is part of the Course + Exam offer, by completing the registration form available at www.kurspolskiego.pl two months before the planned exam date.
- The Student enrolled in the Course with Exam is informed by email about the exact date and time when the registration form opens and is obliged to register within the designated time.
- The registration form is active until places are filled.
- The number of places for the exam is limited.
- Candidates are fully responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data (consistent with their identity document) provided in the form. These data are the basis for issuing the certificate.
- After registration for the exam at Varia Polish Language Center and payment, it is not possible to change the exam level, exam location, or candidate data.
§ 4 PAYMENT FOR COURSE + EXAM
- The Student is obliged to pay the full fee for the Course + Exam within three days of receiving confirmation of registration.
- The price of the Course with Exam includes:
-Polish language lessons
-Exam materials used during classes
-Official registration of the candidate in the system of the National Agency for Academic Exchange by Varia Polish Language Center
-Exam fee - The Course + Exam fee cannot be paid in installments.
- Payments can be made:
-in cash,
-by card,
-by bank transfer to the account:

§ 5 WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE + EXAM OFFER
- In the case of a sales contract concluded outside the School’s premises, the student has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the amount paid within 14 days from its conclusion (from the moment of payment), or until the start of the Course if it begins less than 14 days from the moment of enrolment.
- In case of lack of exam places or inability to register the Student for the exam as part of the Course + Exam offer, the exam fee is refunded. The course fee is non-refundable.

- Purchase of the Course + Exam offer applies to a specific course date and its assigned exam date and cannot be changed or transferred to another edition of the course or exam.
- The fee for the course part of the Course + Examen offer is non-refundable in the following cases:
– at the moment of enrolment in the Course at the School’s premises,
– after 14 days have passed since enrolment made outside the School’s premises,
– on the day the exam preparation Course begins, if the student enrolled outside the School’s premises less than 14 days before the start of the Course. - The equivalent of the refunded exam amount is determined according to the average euro exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the last day of the month preceding the month of payment.
§ 6 COMPLAINTS
- Every Student has a right to file a warranty complaint. The warranty claim can refer to the teaching methods and/or organizational issues.
- A warranty claim can be submitted:
- In writing at the office of Varia Centrum Języka Polskiego Sp. z o.o. (ul. Michalowskiego 2/3, 31-126 Kraków).
- Via email to the address: info@kurspolskiego.pl
- A properly submitted complaint should include:
-The personal information of the Student (name, surname, address, email)
-The description of the situation causing the complaint
-The Student’s expectations regarding the resolution of the complaint - Complaints must be submitted within seven days of the occurrence of the event.
- The School reviews the complaint within seven days of receiving it.
- The Student will be informed of the complaint resolution via email.
- The form of any individual compensation will be determined together with the Student.
