If your Polish language skills are at least A2 level, you enjoy casual conversations on various topics, but lack opportunities to speak Polish – these conversational meetings are just for you.

Conversations will help you…

Conversational meetings are also a great opportunity to meet interesting people from different countries and engage in inspiring exchanges of ideas.

Not sure of your language level?

You will take a placement test in Polish language and participate in an interview prior to the beginning of your Polish course, so you can be off to a good start in the group right for you.

Can I combine Polish language conversation classes at the VARIA School with any group course?

Of course! You can always sign up for a group course and additional conversations at the same time, especially if you want to work on your communication fluency, for example, or if you feel like talking to other people from all over the world about interesting topics.

Will I learn new phrases in Polish by participating in Polish conversational meetings?

Of course! During conversational meetings, we want students to be able to use the vocabulary they have already learned to discuss various topics. Our lecturers always carefully prepare for the lesson – they develop appropriate questions, and also present additional phrases that help students formulate their statements and expand their vocabulary.

Which countries do students studying at the VARIA School most often come from?

At VARIA School we have students from all over the world!😊 We have had students from over 90 countries. Most people come from Europe, from countries neighboring Poland, but increasingly also from other continents, sometimes from very distant corners of the world.

Who can join the Polish conversation workshops at VARIA?

Everyone is welcome! These meetings are perfect for students who want to speak Polish more naturally and confidently. We focus on helping you bridge the gap between 'textbook' Polish and real-world conversation. By joining us, you’ll master practical slang and everyday phrases alongside advanced vocabulary and unique idioms—all while practicing in a supportive, dynamic atmosphere.

Who leads Polish language conversation classes at the VARIA Polish Language Centre?

The classes are conducted by our Polish as a foreign language teachers. We try to ensure that each meeting is led by a different teacher, which is a great way to diversify the course. Each teacher has her own unique style of conducting conversations and asking questions, and has a different energy 😊 – thanks to this, each meeting has its own, unique "atmosphere".
